Important Instructions
For an accurate assessment, please follow these photo guidelines carefully.
- Lighting: Avoid direct sun to reduce glare.
- Focus: Focus sharply on the damage and capture the entire damage point in the photo.
- Distance/Angle: Take each photo 1-2 feet from the windshield, inside or outside of the vehicle
- Scale: Place your hand, finger, etc. on or near the damage for scale.
- Multiple Damages: Photograph each chip or crack separately.
